Brand Integration
A fully immersive sales experience for London's most exclusive residential development — 12.8 acres in Chelsea, London. Working at Brash + Hooper, I led UX and UI design for an immersive dual-screen multi-touch display system and a bespoke iPad concierge app, connected to the sales suite's Crestron automation system.

Overview
Chelsea Barracks is one of the most significant luxury residential developments in London. A new neighbourhood built around seven garden squares, with a roster of world-class architects, landscape architects, and craftspeople behind it. The sales experience needed to match that ambition: something a high-net-worth buyer could see, hear, touch, and explore before a single residence was built.
Challenge
The audience was private, the price points extreme, and the product didn't physically exist yet. The experience had to make an early-stage development feel real and desirable — conveying craftsmanship, history, and neighbourhood character through a screen you could touch, while giving the sales team precise control over how each appointment unfolded.
Approach
Working from the agency's existing brand research, I mapped the full customer journey through the suite before touching any UI, understanding how a sales agent would guide a conversation, and where the customer needed to take over. The concierge iPad app started as a secure booking system integrated with Salesforce, but hardware delays on the display side meant it grew into a full customer-facing tool: browsing plans, exploring available plots, viewing films, and beginning interior specification. When the Multitaction displays came online, I designed the dual-screen layout so the agent drove from the left and flicked content across to the right for the customer to interact with an interactive skyline, residence floorplans, architectural films, and illustrated maps rooting the whole development in its London context. Motion and interaction were prototyped in After Effects and tested in situ on the actual hardware before sign-off.
Outcome
A connected sales environment that let one of the world's most exclusive property developments sell off-plan with confidence — bridging physical space and digital experience for buyers making decisions at the highest end of the London market.
